Three ways you can use our service:

First select the country you are going to:
1. Buy one of our packages; This is the fastest route. Take a look at our packages available under the country you are going to. Download the self select form (spreadsheet file opens in new window) and mark the packages you want. Complete the order details page and then fax back or e-mail the form to us as set out on the form.

2. For your selected country download our individual self select form (spreadsheet file opens in new window) and make your own choice. Complete the order details page and then fax back or e-mail the form to us as set out on the form.

3. Send us your own shopping list which we will shop for you.

Key conditions

Minimum order time – Our minimum order time is 72 hrs. If you need service at shorter notice please call us on 0787 067 5056 to ensure we can handle your order.

Payment terms – You pay 18% at the time you order by credit or debit card and the balance in cash when your shopping is delivered. You can also pay the balance by credit or debit card on delivery on payment of an additional 5%. Prices are quoted in local currency with approximate £ equivalent as guidance. The 18% taken at the point of order will be taken in £’s for the UK and all non Euro countries. Booking % for Euro countries will be taken in Euros. The balance payable on
delivery is payable in cash and in local currency.

Flexiblity – There is space when you order to allow you to delete items you don't wish from a package, or make additional special requests. Alternatively please chose from our self select form or make your own shopping list. Extras to a package are charged at cost plus 25%. A complete personalised list is charged at cost plus 30%.

You can order any amount you like. However should you order less than £100 or equivalent we will add a delivery charge of £15 or equivalent. A few extra beers will usually cover the difference!

Delivery – We ask for a delivery time when you order (7.00 am to 11.00 pm). Later delivery is also possible for which we make an extra charge (please check with us first before ordering for out of hours delivery).

Following your order we will check and confirm it within 24 hrs. We will e-mail you contact details for the person who will make your delivery. When you actually arrive at your yacht (or are sure of your arrival time) call us and we will bring your goods to you. Allow 1 hour from calling us for your goods to arrive. Please ensure you are available to take delivery.
If you are held up en route (or arrive earlier) you can change your delivery time by just giving your delivery agent a call.

We're competitive – We do your shopping in quality locations away from the marinas allowing us to get competitive prices. Add that to the ability to get your groceries organised before you come on holiday, and have everything delivered straight to your yacht. We think it’s a great deal!

Quantities – Our main package options are designed with 4 people in mind. We recognise that appetites do differ and ask you to make your own judgement as to whether our quantities are suitable for your party. In making your order, you simply select the number of each option, which most closely matches your requirements.
